It is situated in a big pavillion and documents
the most important cycles of cultivation and
other activities such as transport, irrigation and milling.
The farmhouse
It has been rebuilt taking into accounts all the aspects of daily life.
The small village
It includes all the different artizan activities (smith, carpenter, mechanic, shoemaker…), with reference also to the commercial ( baker’s shop, stores), financial (bank), c ommunication (post office), religious (oratory) and political activities.
There is also a permanent exhibition about street trader ( chair makers, sawyers….), the history of fruit-farming
and a section dedicated to the puppet makers Ettore Forni and Pompeo Gandolfi.
The centre includes a book collection specialized in agricolture that includes more than 10.000 books.
